Most of the mileage logged was on this nice little path I found right by our house.  
Since I'm still not in my "training" phase yet, I try to keep it light and easy.  I'm maintaining my foundation without breaking it down.  On my run days, I complete a minimum of 5 miles.  It keeps me focused and my body fit.  
My goal for this marathon is not to get injured and stay healthy. Always a plus. Oh... and to run a sub 3:40!
